Perirectal condylomas (warts)

Perirectal condylomas (warts) usually require combined gastroenterologist and dermatologist approach. The patient with intraanal condylomas may be managed surgically or endoscopically. The endoscopic approach is done under conscious sedation with special intestinal laser application. Due to the nature of the condylomas and the likelihood of recurrence, more than one sessions are usually required, until complete eradication is achieved.
